    • Proof of address, not older than 3 months, for the verification of your residential address
    • Green Bar-coded Identity Document or Smart ID

    Proof of income

    • Latest 3 months’ salary confirmation (salaried individuals)
    • Latest annual Financial Statements / Income Tax Return (non-salaried individuals)
    • Latest 3 months Bank Statements
    • Signed statement of personal Income and Expenditure
    • Signed statement of personal Assets and Liabilities (in joint name if married in community of property)
